Spain Golden Visa | Spain Investor Visa

The Spanish Golden visa offers the holder and their relatives residency in Spain and visa-free admittance to the Schengen Zone. Generally speaking, applicants can acquire a Golden Visa in Spain through the purchase of real estate property. Successful applicants may also apply for a Spain permanent residence permit after continuously living in the country for five years, as long as they live in Spain for a minimum of 6 months in a year. This can be followed by applying for Spanish citizenship after 10 years of residency in Spain.
